Private HypnoBirthing Course & Birth Doula Package

Included: 

• Free introductory meeting

• Five private HypnoBirthing sessions in your home and/or online of approx. 2,5 hours each

• One additional prenatal session if desired 

• We practice additional labour comfort techniques

• I guide you in how to write your birth plan

• 1 x time attending a midwife/gynecologist appointment (if desired)

• Ongoing support via e-mail, phone and WhatsApp

• 24/7 on call from week 38-42

• If you go passed 41 weeks I can come extra for an overdue session

• I will be there for your entire labour and birth, from the moment you want me to be there, no matter how long it takes, and I stay for about 2h after the baby is born.

• One short visit in the first few days after birth to check how you and the baby are doing

• A post-partum visit after about 6 weeks (birth debrief)

• I'm available for questions 3 months postpartum

Additonal prenatal meetings can be arranged upon request at an additional fee of 35 EUR/h.
