(FREE) Online Relaxation Session for Pregnancy

About the Event
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions I've decided to move this event online and make it FREE for everyone to join :)
We live in a busy world, and sometimes it's hard to stop and create time and space for ourselves to relax and focus inward. Rest and relaxation becomes extra important when you are pregnant and in the process of creating a new life. The ability to stay calm and relax fully is also important for the way you will experience your labour and birth when the day comes.
If you are currently pregnant, I invite you to join me for this Relaxation Session based on HypnoBirthing. During this session we will take a moment to relax and focus on ourselves while shutting out the outside world and life's daily stressors.
The session is meant for pregnant women only. It doesn't matter at what stage in your pregnancy you are.
Together we will do a relaxation exercise based on HypnoBirthing, a script that will help you relax body and mind and create positive expectations for your upcoming birth.
Participations is FREE, but please register in advance so that I know how many to expect.

What to expect?
For the session I advice you to wear comfortable clothes and place yourself in a comfortable spot without distractions, where you can sit or lay down comfortably and relax completely. Take in to consideration that you may want to stay put and take a nap after the session :)
