HypnoBirthing Private Course or Refresher Session
Private Course
For a private course you can remain comfortable in your own home and I will come to you. It is also possible to arrange a different location.
Due to Covid-19 safety measures, I currently also offer to teach the course live via Zoom.
The full course consists of five sessions of approximately 2,5 h each, once a week during five consecutive weeks. They are spread like this to give you time to practice and integrate the techniques you will learn. We will agree upon suitable days and times.
You can start the course at any point in your pregnancy. The earlier you start, the better, since you will have more time to practice and condition your mind and body. Keep in mind that the course takes five weeks, so starting later than week 35 of your pregnancy may mean you won't have time to finish it before the baby comes.
Pricing private course:
450 EUR (incl. VAT)
Note: Many insurance companies will reimburse part of the cost of a course. Please check directly with your provider.
Included in the price:
-
Approximately 12 hours of private teaching
-
In-class demonstrations and practice
-
The book HypnoBirthing - The Mongan Method
-
Relaxation and affirmations audio download
-
Class handouts
-
Phone/Email/Text support before/during/after birth
-
Option to join Facebook group to connect and ask any questions
Bonus sessions upon request, without additional costs:
-
If you are feeling worried or tense prior to the birth, an extra fear release/relaxation session can be arranged.
-
If the baby is breech in late pregnancy, an extra session can be requested where we will use a special breech relaxation script to help the baby turn. This is often found to be very effective!
Teaching language: English
Who is it for?
The course is for pregnant mothers and their birthing companions/partners. The partner plays an important role in HypnoBirthing®, and it is strongly recommended that they attend the entire course together with the mother.
The course is beneficial for everyone, regardless of what type of birth you are planning to have. It will provide you with tools and knowledge that will leave you prepared to handle whatever comes your way.

Refresher Session
In case this is your second or more pregnancy and you have already taken the full HypnoBirthing course during an earlier pregnancy, we can arrange a refresher session. In this case I will create a custom made class with the parts you would like to review or practice. The class will be a one-time private session of approximately 3 h. If more is needed, this can be discussed.
Please see the course outline below to decide which parts are most important for you to go over.
Contact me if you wish to arrange a refresher session.
During the course we will cover these 5 units
