At the Mamamoon School you will find many online classes, workshops and events created by mothers for mothers, to help you during pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
Every Wednesday evening at 20:00-20:45 I host a birth preparation class based on HypnoBirthing. Each week we cover a different topic. Join in to learn more about how you can prepare for a positive birth experience.Â
